Man and Machine

Location: Boston, Kwazulu-Natal.
Man and Machine is a 2 day navigational enduro event in Boston, Kwazulu-Natal from 10 – 11 August 2018. All riders must have a GPS. This event is not a race but a test of man and machine against the elements. This is an adventure which tests the skill and endurance of the weekend warrior and professional racers alike.
The object of the weekend is to successfully complete day 1 and day 2. No Finish No Trophy. You will receive your finishers trophy at prize giving. It is not a team event, each rider gets their time recorded. Some riders do group together to have a social ride and a laugh.
The 2 days of riding will cater for the Intermediate and Hard skill levels. The distance over the 2 days will be approximately 150 – 200 km. Fuel will be taken out on both days by the organizers. A maximum of 5 liters per bike will be required.

This year entries will be capped at 400 riders, making it SA’s biggest 2 day enduro. Entries open 1 May 2018 for previous riders, and 1 June 2018 for remaining places. Experience a similar race format to the Roof of Africa. No racing licence is required.
